We’re Joshua and Amanda Phillips, and together we founded TruePath Franchise Coaching with a shared passion for helping others find the right path in business and life.

We’ve been married for 18 years and bring a unique blend of experience and perspective to our work. Joshua spent over 12 years in corporate America before transitioning into small business. For the past 7 years, he has been immersed in entrepreneurship, including 3 years on the franchisor side. Having experienced both sides of franchising, the franchisee perspective and as part of a franchisor team, Joshua provides valuable, firsthand guidance to those exploring business ownership.

Amanda, an elementary teacher for the last 4 years, brings her passion for education and ability to simplify complex ideas into our coaching approach. Together, we combine business expertise with a heart for teaching, empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions about their future.
